1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Keeping And Caring For Caught Stray Dogs From The Brańszczyk Commune. 2. The Service Of Taking Over And Providing Comprehensive Care For Homeless Dogs Includes: 1) Providing Homeless Dogs With A Place In An Animal Shelter Run By An Authorized Entity With Comprehensive Care In The Period From The Moment They Are Delivered To The Shelter - Until The Dogs Death Or Adoption, Including: A) Providing A Room Appropriate For The Breed, Sex, Age And Health Condition Of The Dog, Protecting The Dogs Against Cold And Precipitation, With Access To Daylight, Enabling A Change Of Body Position, B) Providing Appropriate Food And Permanent Access To Drinking Water, C) Ensuring The Possibility Of Running/Walking, D) Obligatory Sterilization Or Castration Of Dogs, Deworming, Vaccination Against Rabies, E) Euthanasia Of Blind Litters, F) Euthanasia Of Dogs With No Hope Of Recovery After Obtaining A Medical Opinion At The Expense Of The Contractor, 2) Keeping Records Of Homeless Dogs From The Brańszczyk Commune, Placed In An Animal Shelter In A Way That Allows For Their Identification Based On Photographic Documentation, 3) The Contractor Will Enable The Contractor, During The Shelters Operating Hours Specified In The Shelters Regulations, To Provide Services To Natural Persons Interested In Adopting Homeless Animals From The Brańszczyk Commune. Giving The Animal To A New Owner For Adoption May Take Place After Performing Treatments, Including Vaccination, Deworming, Removal Of External Parasites, Microchipping, Castration Or Sterilization, Performed At The Contractors Expense. 4) Placing On The Website/Social Media (If Any) Adoption Offers With Homeless Animals From The Brańszczyk Commune, Delivered To The Contractor. 5) Immediately Informing The Ordering Party About Putting The Animal Up For Adoption Or Its Death/Euthanasia.6) Submitting Quarterly Information On The Number Of Dogs Adopted And Put Up For Adoption3. The Expected Number Of Dogs That Will Be Accepted During The Order Execution Period Is: - 24 Adult Dogs, - 5 Young Dogs (Puppies), - 4 Dogs, For Which The Owner Will Come And Collect The Dog Within 7 Days Of Admission To The Shelter4. The Ordering Party Informs That When Implementing The Subject Of The Order, It Envisages The Use Of The Option Right Referred To In Art. 441 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law. If The Scope Of Services Is Larger Than Specified In Point 3, The Ordering Party Has The Right To Increase The Subject Of The Order To The Maximum Values Specified Below, I.E.: - 30 Adult Dogs, - 10 Young Dogs (Puppies), - 5 Dogs, For Which The Owner Will Come And Collect The Dog Within 7 Days Of Admission To The Shelter.
