Collection, Loading, Transport And Management Of Stabilized Municipal Sewage Sludge With Code 190805 Generated In The Mechanical And Biological Sewage Treatment Plant In Rzuchowa, 33 - 114 Rzuchowa, Through Recovery Or Disposal In The Małopolska Voivodeship Or Other.1. Amount Of Sewage Sludge To Be Transported During The Term Of The Contract: Approximately 600Mg±30% With A Dry Matter Concentration Of Approximately 18%. The Amount Of Sludge Given Is An Estimate, And The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Amount Of Sludge, But Not By More Than 30%, Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim For Damages In This Respect.2. The Order Must Be Carried Out In Compliance With The Requirements Specified In The Law, I.E. In Particular: 1) The Act Of December 14, 2012 (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended), 2) The Act Of April 27, 2001, Environmental Protection Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 647, As Amended3) Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of February 6, 2015 On Municipal Sewage Sludge (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 23),3. Reception, Loading, Weighing, Transport And Management Of Sludge Will Be Carried Out Using Kp 30 Containers Adapted For This Type Of Cargo, Belonging To The Contractor.4. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged In Particular To: A) Leave For Loading At Least 1 Piece Of Metal Kp30 Container At The Sewage Treatment Plant By Removing It From The Carrier/Vehicle And Leaving It Under The Conveyor Belt That Continuously Feeds The Sludge To The Sewage Treatment Plant. B) Ensuring Own Transport For Collecting Municipal Sewage Sludge In Accordance With The Permit Held, C) Collecting Sludge In Own Containers (Kp30) From The Sewage Treatment Plant In Rzuchowa.5. The Use Of Stabilized Municipal Sewage Sludge May Only Be In Accordance With The Principles Provided For In The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended), Hereinafter Referred To As The Waste Act, And The Implementing Provisions Thereof. The Ordering Party Allows The Following Management Processes: R3 - Recycling Or Recovery Of Organic Substances That Are Not Used As Solvents (Including Composting And Other Biological Transformation), R10 - Treatment On The Ground That Brings Benefits To Agriculture Or Improvement Of The Environment And The Types Of Waste Allowed For Such Recovery And Disposal. 6. In The Case Of Non-Agricultural Management Of Sewage Sludge, The Contractor Is Obliged To Present A Current Permit For Waste Processing (Recovery, Disposal), Including The Code Of The Waste Whose Management Is The Subject Of The Order, Issued By The Competent Authority. In Such A Situation, The Contractor Is Fully Responsible For The Stabilized Sewage Sludge Received From The Ordering Party And Its Proper Management In Accordance With Applicable Regulations.7.
