1) The Subject Of The Order Is To Organize Three One-Day Conferences In The Following Towns: A) 1 Conference In Tarnów Or Bochnia Or Brzesko, B) 1 Conference In Oświęcim Or Chrzanów Or Wadowice, C) 1 Conference In Kraków. 2) As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Implement The Following Elements Of The Order As Part Of Each Of The Three Conferences: A) Providing A Conference Room With Equipment. B) Providing Free Parking Spaces, In Accordance With The Provisions Opz Pts. Iii, Point 1 Subpoint 1) Letter E).C) Providing A Cloakroom With Service And Preparing A Place For The Reception. D) Providing Catering, Including A Continuous Coffee Break From 9:00. E) Providing An Induction Loop. F) Providing A Pjm Sign Language Interpreter.* G) Providing A Simultaneous English-Polish Translation Service*. H) Providing A Simultaneous Ukrainian-Polish Translation Service.* I) Providing A Space For An Exhibition With Frames/Easels*.
