1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Renting A Conference Room With Equipment And Technical Support, Catering Services And Coordinating And Moderating The Conference As Part Of The Organization Of The International Conference Europe Of Opportunities, Education And Work With Eures - 15 Years Of Internships In Austria For The Best In Wrocław On The Occasion Of The 15Th Anniversary Of The Internships In Austria For The Best Project. 2. The Event Is Carried Out As Part Of The Project: Modernization Of Institutions And Services Of The Regional Labor Market Co-Financed By The European Union From The European Social Fund Plus Under The European Funds For Lower Silesia 2021-2027 Program. 3. The Order Consists Of Three Tasks: A. Conference Room Rental Service With Equipment And Technical Support.B. Catering Service - Refreshments For Invited Guests On April 23, 2026: Coffee Break And Lunch.C. Coordination And Moderation Of The Conference. 4. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. 5. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Cancel The Event And Withdraw From The Execution Of The Order For Reasons Beyond The Ordering Partys Control. 6.The Conference Will Be Held On April 23, 2026, From 8:30 A.M. To 3:00 P.M. (Time Range From The Start Of Participant Registration To The End Of The Event With Lunch). 7. Facility Standard: A Conference Room And A Restaurant Must Be Provided In One Facility. The Facility Is To Be A Hotel, At Least Four-Star Hotel With A Current Categorization Decision For A Hotel Of At Least Four Stars, Issued By The Marshal Of The Lower Silesian Voivodeship (In Accordance With Annex No. 1 To The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy And Labor Of August 19, 2004 On Hotel Facilities And Other Facilities In Which Hotel Services Are Provided (Journal Of Laws Of 2020, Item 2211, As Amended). 8. The Facility Referred To Above Must Be Located At A Distance Not Exceeding 2.5 Km (On Foot Using Google Maps) From The Main Railway Station In Wrocław. 9. Detailed Requirements For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In Annex No. 3 To The Swz And The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Contract Are Included In Its Template Constituting An Annex To Swz No. 13.10. Contractors May Participate In The Proceedings And Apply For The Award Of The Contract, Who Meet The Conditions For Having Permissions To Perform Specific Activities Or Activities, If The Law Imposes An Obligation To Have Them.
