Subject: Acting As An Investor Supervision Inspector For Construction Works As Part Of The Task Entitled: Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of The District Shared Services Center In Rawicz As Part Of The Project Comprehensive Energy Modernization Of The Buildings Of The Vocational School Complex In Rawicz And The District Shared Services Center In Rawicz. 1. The Main Objective Of The Project Under Which This Task Is Implemented Is To Improve The Energy Efficiency Of Public Buildings In The Rawicz District: The Buildings Of The Vocational School Complex In Rawicz And The Building Of The District Shared Services Center In Rawicz, And To Reduce Greenhouse Gas Emissions Resulting From Their Operation. The Specific Objectives Of The Project Are: • Ensuring Adequate Insulation Of Partitions In Public Buildings; • Reducing The Level Of Primary Energy Consumption In Buildings; • Improving The Efficiency Of The Heating System The Zsz Building In Rawicz;• Reducing The Costs Of Building Operation;• Reducing The Level Of Co2 Emissions;• Reducing The Level Of Dust And Ash Emissions;• Improving The Quality Of Atmospheric Air;• Improving The Quality Of Life Of The Communes Inhabitants;• Increasing The Degree Of Use Of Renewable Energy Sources In The Overall Energy Balance;• Increasing The Level Of Awareness Of The Regions Inhabitants About The Importance Of Energy Transformation For The State Of The Natural Environment. The Project Will Implement The Principle Of Sustainable Development And Contribute To The Expansion Of Infrastructure Strengthening The Competitiveness Of The Region, And Thus To The Implementation Of The Principles Of Sustainable Development.2. The Project Will Be Implemented In The Design-Build Formula. A Functional And Utility Program Was Developed For The Task In Question Regarding Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of The District Shared Services Center In Rawicz. The Contractors Tasks Will Include Acting As An Investors Supervision Inspector For Construction Works Including The Investment Task Titled: Execution Of The Project In The Design And Build Formula: Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of The District Shared Services Center In Rawicz As Part Of The Project Comprehensive Energy Modernization Of The Buildings Of The Vocational School Complex In Rawicz And The District Shared Services Center In Rawicz. The Supervision Inspector Must Have The Necessary Education And Experience That Meets The Requirements Referred To In Art. 37C Section Act On The Protection And Care Of Monuments. At All Stages Of The Investment, The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect Documentation Confirming Compliance Of The Task With The Dnsh Principle (Do No Significant Harm), Which Is One Of The Main Assumptions Of The European Unions Horizontal Policy. 3.
