1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Catch Homeless Dogs From The Biała Piska Commune In 2026, Take Care Of Them And Keep Them In A Shelter For Homeless Animals Until Adoption, I.E.: 1) Humanely Catch Homeless Dogs From The Biała Piska Commune And Transport Them To A Shelter In The Town Where The Contractor Will Take Care Of Homeless Dogs. Stray Dogs Will Be Caught Within 24 Hours Of Receiving The Report At The Latest, And In The Case Of A Dog That Has Bitten A Human, It Will Be Caught Within No Longer Than 4 Hours And Delivered To A Veterinarian For Observation; 2) Providing Dogs Caught And Kept In The Shelter With Comprehensive Veterinary Care; 3) Providing The Animals In The Shelter With Proper Care And Proper And Humane Treatment, Feeding, Constant Access To Water, And Rooms Protecting Against Cold, Heat And Precipitation; 4) Keeping Records Of Admitted And Released Dogs. The Contractor Must Keep Records Of Caught Dogs And Issue A Registration Card For Each Of Them In Accordance With Its Animal Registration Program; 5) Microchipping And Vaccination Of Dogs In Accordance With Applicable Veterinary Regulations; 6) Sterilization Or Castration Of Dogs Caught From The Biała Piska Commune And Staying In A Shelter (After 14 Days Of Quarantine). If Such Sterilization Or Castration Is Not Possible Due To The Age Or Health Condition Of The Dog, It Is Necessary To Prepare A Written Veterinarians Opinion And Attach It To The Record Card; 7) Euthanasia Of Blind Litters; 8) Active Search For People Willing To Adopt Homeless Animals By Publishing Information Publicly On The Shelters Website; 9) The Contractor Will Not Charge New Guardians Fees For Adopting A Dog; 10) Catching Stray Dogs Will Take Place Within The Time Specified In Point 1, After A Telephone Notification By Employees Of The Department Of Environmental Protection, Agriculture And Waste Management Of The Municipal Office In Biała Piska, Who Will Notify The Contractor About The Location Of The Stray Animals. During The Capture Of Stray Animals, In The Event Of A Threat To People Or Animals, They Should Be Provided With Veterinary Assistance; 11) Compliance With The Program For The Care Of Homeless Animals And The Prevention Of Animal Homelessness In The Biała Piska Commune; 12) Ensuring 24-Hour Telephone Contact; 13) Submitting The Following List Together With The Invoice: A) The Number Of Dogs In The Shelter As Of The Last Day Of The Month, Including Microchip Numbers, B) The Number Of Dogs Caught And Transported To The Shelter, Giving The Dates And Places Of Their Capture, C) The Number Of Dogs Put Up For Adoption And Euthanized, Including Adoption Contracts, D) A List Of Sterilization And Castration Procedures Performed, Vaccinations Against Infectious Diseases And Rabies Confirmed By A Veterinarian, E) Dogs Animal Cards With Photos (Photocopies). 14) In The Event Of Transporting Dogs To A Shelter Run By The Contractor And Selected In The Proceedings, The Contractor Will Ensure The Transport Of
