1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of A Feasibility Study And An Application For Co-Financing For The Call For Applications Under Fema Measure 3.1 Urban Mobility. The Documentation Concerns The Recruitment Of The European Funds For Mazovia Program, Priority Iii - European Funds For The Development Of Urban Mobility In Mazovia, Measure 3.1 Urban Mobility, Project Type: Ecological And Competitive Public Transport. The Project Is Selected In A Competitive Manner. The Main Assumption Of The Project Is The Purchase Of An Ecological Bus Fleet Used To Launch Bus Transport In Przasnysz As Part Of The Project Entitled Ecological And Competitive Public Transport In Przasnysz And In The Functional Area. The Developed Documents Must Meet All The Requirements Enabling The Submission Of A Complete Application For Project Co-Financing.2 As Part Of The Subject Of The Agreement, The Contractor Undertakes To: 1) Prepare A Feasibility Study - Written In Accordance With The Rules And Guidelines Valid On The Date Of Submission Of The Application (Including The Indications For The Feasibility Study Constituting An Annex To The Regulations) Of The European Funds For Mazovia Program 2021-2027 And Providing The Ordering Party With An Electronic Version Of The Document With Active Excel Spreadsheet Formulas In The Case Of Financial And Economic Analyses. The Contractor, In Consultation With The Ordering Party, Will Perform Detailed Financial Analyses, Which Will Allow For Estimating The Costs Of Project Implementation In A Rational And Economical Manner. 2) Preparing An Application For Co-Financing Together With All The Attachments Required By The Regulations In The Mewa System - The Contractor Will Prepare A Draft Version Of The Application Ready To Be Sent In The Mewa System By January 19, 2026 At 1:00 P.M. The Application Should Be Prepared In Accordance With The Rules And Guidelines Of The European Funds For Mazovia 2021-2027 Program Valid On The Date Of Submission Of The Application, And The Ordering Party Should Be Provided With Electronic Documents With Active Excel Spreadsheet Formulas In The Case Of Financial And Economic Analyses.3 The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With The Subject Of The Agreement By January 13, 2026, I.E. Before The Expiry Of The Execution Deadline In Order To Verify The Subject Of The Agreement. 4 The Detailed Scope Of The Order And The Terms Of Implementation Were Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Chapter V Of The Swz.5 Other Conditions Of The Execution Of The Order Were Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Constituting Annex Iv To The Swz.
