1) The Subject Of The Order Includes Services Related To The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Owners Of Residential Properties Or Other Properties Used Only For Part Of The Year In The Wyszki Commune, In The Period From February 1, 2026 To April 30, 2027, In A Way That Ensures The Achievement Of Appropriate Levels Of Recycling, Preparation For Reuse And Recovery By Other Methods And Limiting The Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste Sent To Landfill, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of September 13 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities. As A Result Of The Signed Contract, The Contractor Will Provide Comprehensive Services In The Field Of Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste, Both Mixed And Selectively Collected, From The Wyszki Commune Area From All Properties (Properties). The Service Of Collecting Municipal Waste From Property Owners In The Wyszki Commune Includes: A) Collection Of Municipal Waste From Owners Of Residential Properties Located In The Wyszki Commune; B) Equipping All Residential Properties With Municipal Waste Containers And Bags For Selective Waste Collection; C) Mobile Collection Of The Following Waste: - Furniture And Other Large-Sized Waste, - Used Electrical And Electronic Equipment, - Used Tires, D) Placing An Appropriate Container For Expired Medicines And The Collection And Disposal Of Expired Medicines;E) Placing An Appropriate Container For Waste That Does Not Qualify As Medical Waste Generated In The Household As A Result Of Taking Medicinal Products In The Form Of Injections And Monitoring The Level Of Substances In The Blood, In Particular Needles And Syringes, As Well As The Collection And Management Of This Waste;F) Setting A Container For Used Small Batteries And Accumulators And Collecting And Managing This Waste;G) Implementation Of The Environmental Aspect - Promotion Of Selective Waste Collection, I.E.: Carrying Out An Information Campaign Among The Residents Of The Wyszki Commune Regarding The Proper Management Of Municipal Waste, In Particular The Waste Segregation System And Educational Activities For Children In Primary Schools Regarding The Proper Handling Of Municipal Waste. H) The Contractor Collecting Municipal Waste Is Obliged To Transfer Separately Collected Municipal Waste Collected From Property Owners To Waste Recovery And Disposal Installations, In Accordance With The Principle Proximity Referred To In The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws 2023, Item 1587) And Management Of The Collected Waste In Accordance With The Hierarchy Of Waste Management Methods Resulting From Applicable Legal Provisions And In A Manner Ensuring The Achievement Of Appropriate Levels Of Recycling, Preparation For Re-Use And Recovery By Other Methods And Limiting The Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste Sent To Landfill.I) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To The Possibility Of Weighing Each Time (For The Entire Duration Of The Contract) The Co
