1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Equipment As Part Of The Project Professional Qualifications For The Success Of The School Complex In Ostrów Lubelski. Place Of Delivery, Registered Office Of The Ordering Party: Ostrów Lubelski Ul. Unicka 5; 21-110 Ostrów Lubelski. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annexes No. 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D To Swz. Provisions Common To All Parts: 1) The Order Concerns The Supply Of Assembly/Connection/Installation Of The Subject Of The Order, Divided Into Parts: A) Part I Purchase And Delivery Of Grinding Machines For The Mechanical Technicians Workshop;J. 2) The Ordering Party Allows The Possibility Of Scaling Partial Offers Into One, Several Or All Parts. 3) Wherever The Ordering Party Has Indicated Specific Dimensions In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, A Tolerance Of Up To 10% Is Allowed. 4) The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivered Order Constituting The Subject Of The Order Be Brand New, Unused, And Have The Required Technical Parameters Specified In Annex 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D Swz (Detailed Description Of The Subject Matter Order), Was In An Undamaged, Technically Functional Condition, Complete And Ready For Use, Met The Standards Required By Polish Law And Was Free From Physical And Legal Defects. The Ordering Party Excludes The Delivery Of Exhibition Equipment. They Must Meet The Requirements Of Eu Standards, And The Products That Require It Must Have Current Safety Certificates, Approvals, Quality Certificates And Meet All The Requirements Of The Standards Specified In Applicable Law.5) Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Will Take Place On Business Days, I.E. Monday - Friday, At Hours Agreed With The Person Delegated To Contact The Contractor. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular The Purchase Of The Subject Of The Order Specified In Annexes No. 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D To The Swz Together With Its Delivery, Unloading, Carrying, Assembly/Connection And Installation To The Premises Indicated By The Ordering Party. 6) Equipment And Devices Cannot Be Refurbished, Demonstrative Or Prototype Devices And Must Represent A Brand New Model. The Equipment Must Be Unrefurbished, Complete, And Manufactured No Earlier Than January 2023. The Equipment Must Come From An Authorized Distribution Channel. The Equipment Must Have A Ce Declaration - Conformité Européenne Or Equivalent, And Be Accompanied By The Necessary Instructions And Materials Regarding Use - In Polish. The Delivered Equipment Must Be Of Full Value And Manufactured In Accordance With Applicable Norms And Standards. The Equipment Must Have Appropriate Certificates, Attestations And Approvals Allowing For Sale And Use In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland.7) The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order Complete With All Cables, Consumables, Components, Etc. Necessary For Its Proper Use, Ready For Commissioning And Use Without Additional Expenditure And Purchases.8) The Contractor Is Oblige
