The Supplier Should Have The Ability To Refill And /Or Customize Vehicle Spill Kits Upon Request.The City Of Calgary Uses Customized Spill Kits Across Various Departments To Contain And Clean Up Harmful Chemical Spills Before Specialized Cleanup Crews Arrive. These Kits Are Installed On A Range Of City Vehicles And At Operational Sites, With Specifications Detailed In Appendix F. Through This Rfp, The City Intends To Enter Into An Agreement With One Or More Suppliers To Provide Spill Kits And Related Services, Including Potential Replenishment And Customization Options. Suppliers Must Provide Safety Data Sheets (Sds) For All Controlled Products And Ensure Proper Labeling And Regulatory Compliance. The City May Also Evaluate Manufacturers And Distributors Based On Qualifications And Safety Certifications To Establish Long-Term Partnerships. Samples Are Going To Be Requested During Evaluation To Verify Product Performance, And Only Compliant Products Meeting City Specifications And Environmental Disposal Criteria Will Be Accepted.
