-All Damage To Utility Lines And Structures In The Vicinity Of The Works Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor -The Workmen Must Have Thorough Experience And Be Able To Work Independently When Carrying Out These Repairs -The Works Will Be Settled At The Time Of Commencement (Transport To And From The Site In The Morning And Evening Will Not Be Settled) -If The Work Does Not Take Up A Full Days Work Due To Circumstances, Only The Hours Worked Will Be Charged -Some Materials Will Be Be Supplied By The City, The Materials Not In Stock Will Be Supplied By The Contractor. This Government Contract Does Not Grant Any Exclusivity Rights To The Contractor.
