The Object Of The Repair Is The Residential Apartment Buildings Completed In 1967 And Their Facades Located At Krankantie 2 In Helsinki. The Site Has Previously Been Renovated And The Facades Have Been Previously Coated. A Building Permit Has Been Applied For The Work. The Site Is Demanding And Its Implementation Requires Special Skills And Experience. The Work Is Performed In A Populated Area. The Site Is Aimed At Senior Residents. Summary Of The Main Measures:- Demolition Of The Brick Facades On The South Side, Repair And Insulation Of The Foundations, Renewal Of The Brick Facade- Renovations Of Other Facades (Blowing, Repairs, Brick Replacements And Brickwork, Coating)- Site Renovations Of Plastered Surfaces In The Quality Of The Documents- Sealing The Seams And Joints Of The Facades With Elastic With Masses- Washing Concrete Surfaces Of Plinths, Spot Repairs And Maintenance Painting- Renewal Of Element Joints And Connection Joints With Foundation Work- Repairs Of Balconies And Structures, Local Concrete Repairs, Renewal Of Element Joints And Washing/Coating Within The Scope Determined By The Documents- Repair Measures Of The E-Terminal Stairs According To The Scope Of The Documents- Exterior Door Renovations, Amounts Recorded In The Contract- Site Arrangements And Protections, Cleaning, Scaffolding, Waste Sorting, Resident Information And Occupational Safety - Other Measures Recorded In The Documents Work At The Site Must Start As Soon As Possible After Signing The Contract, No Later Than 05/2026. The Work Itself Must Be Completed During 2026. The Contractor Prepares A Work Schedule And External Works Must Be Ready By 11/2026. The Contract Must Be Completed, Defects Corrected And Handed Over No Later Than 31 December 2026. The Tenderer Must Give The Total Contract Price (Vat 0%) In Accordance With The Request For Tender And Its Attachments. The Tenderer Who Submitted The Most Economically Advantageous Tender Will Be Selected As The Contractor.
