The Object Of The Procurement Is The Transportation Of The Friary School Camps Of The Espoo Parishes In The Summers Of 2026–2028. The Option Is Summer 2029. The Summer Religious School Camps Are Organized During The Period, Which Is Practically The School Summer Vacation Season, Starting At The Beginning Of June And Ending Before Mid-August. The Number Of People In Religious School Groups Varies Between 25 And 60 People, With An Average Of 35 People Per Group. Appendix 2 Shows The Estimated Number Of People In Each Camp Group For The Summer Of 2026. The Number Will Be Specified Later. Rippikoulu Camps Are Seven (7) Days Long And There Are Approx. 70–80 Camps Per Summer. Each Camp Includes Both Export And Pick-Up Transport, I.E. Transport Is Needed Both At The Beginning And At The End Of The Camp. These Export/Pickup Days Are Generally Monday And Thursday. Exceptions To Weekdays For The Summer Of 2026 Can Be Found In Appendix 2. Camps Depart From Espoo And Return From Camps To Espoo. Appendix 2 Shows The Departure And Return Location Of Each Camp Group With Contact Information In Espoo, As Well As The Targeted Campsite. Rippikoulu Camps Are Available Both In Espoo Parishes Own Camp Centers And In External Camp Centers. When Driving To Hvittorpi Camp Center Kirkkonummi, You Must Take Into Account The Weight-Restricted Bridge On Hvittorpintie And Reserve The Corresponding Vehicle: Front Axle 8 Tons And Rear Axle 13 Tons. The Contact And Address Information Of The Campsites Is In Appendix 3 Of The Tender Request. When Making An Offer, The Operator Must Calculate The Distances To The Campsites. The Transport Manager Must Prepare A Proposal For A Transport Plan For 2026 As An Appendix To His Offer. Appendix 2 Contains A List Of The Summer 2026 Religious School Camps In Chronological Order. The Start Date Of The Camp Is The Export Date And The End Date Is The Pick-Up Date. As Many Of The Transports As Possible Must Be Chained In Such A Way That The Same Car Drives Several Export And Pick-Up Transports During The Day, So That The Car Runs Empty As Little As Possible. When Preparing The Driving Plan, Consecutive Camps Must Also Be Taken Into Account. In This Way, The Number Of Transport Events Is Likely To Be Reduced. However, Only One Group At A Time Can Be Transported On The Same Trip, I.E. Transports Of Different Ripp School Groups Cannot Be Combined. In The Driving Plan, Groups Export Departures From Espoo Must Be Between 9 Am And 1 Pm, And Pick-Up Departures Between 10 Am And 2 Pm. The Exception To This Are Camp Sites More Than 200 Kilometers Away, Where Departures Must Take Place In The Morning (Not Before 8 A.M.) So That The Arrival Time Is In The Afternoon And The Arrival Schedule Of The Possibly Picked-Up Group In Espoo Is Reasonable, I.E. The Goal Is By 10 P.M. In Exceptional Cases, This Can Be Exceeded, But Not Later Than Midnight. If The Customer Has A Special Schedule Requirement For The Transport Of The Group, It Is Noted In The List Of Religious Schools. If Several Different Religious School Groups Are Leaving From One Starting Point On The Same Day, The Departures Must Be Staggered So That Only One Group Is Leaving At The Same Time. There Must Be At Least Half An Hour Between Departures. The Car Must Be At The Departure Point Of The Transport No Later Than 15 Minutes Before Departure. The Transport Manager Must Take Into Account The Time Required To Pack And Unpack The Groups Goods In His Transport Plan. In Addition To The Campers Luggage, There Will Be Common Camp Supplies, I.E. Approximately 5–10 Boxes Of Different Sizes, A Bag And A Couple Of Guitars Or Other Musical Instruments. When Drawing Up The Transport Plan, The Operator Must Also Take Into Account Meal Or Other Necessary Breaks On Long Journeys, Possible Wharf Or Ferry Traffic Requirements And Other Foreseeable Factors Causing Delays (See Appendix 1, Section 4). Appendix 4 Contains A Model For A Transport Plan. The Layout Of The Plan Drawn Up By The Provider May Differ From The Model, But The Plan Must Clearly State The Following: The Date Of The Transport, The Number Of The Transport, The Place Of Departure And Destination Of The Transport, The Departure Time Of The Transport, The Congregation Of The Group To Be Transported, Possible Chaining With The Transports Of Other Groups, The Number Of People In The Transport, The Contact Person Of The Group And The Price Per Transport And The Total Amount (Including Vat). The Customer Checks And Accepts The Final Transport Plan.
