The Municipality Of Hellendoorn, As The Contracting Authority, Wants To Contract Several Contractors For The Supply And Installation Of Playground And Sports Equipment And Play Equipment (Hereinafter Referred To As Playground Equipment) In The Context Of Replacement And/Or New Projects. The Playground Equipment Will Be Placed Within The Municipality Of Hellendoorn. The Municipality Of Hellendoorn Does Not Yet Have Any Framework Agreements For Playground Equipment. The Municipality Has A Need To Renovate The Current Playgrounds. The Assignment Is Divided Into 5 Lots: 1. Wooden Playground Equipment; 2. Stainless Steel/Metals; 3. Plastic/Hpl Playground Equipment; 4. Instructions For Playing; 5. Pumptrack (Plot Arrangement). The Municipality Wants To Contract 2 Contractors For Plot 1 And 1 Contractor Per Plot For Plots 2 To 4. Justification For The Use Of The Parcel Scheme (Art. 2.19 Paragraph 3 Of The Public Procurement Act 2012) The Parcel Scheme Applies To The Pumptrack Assignment. This Means That The Current Contract For Lot 5 - Pumptrack Has Not Yet Been Awarded. This Depends On The Progress Of The Projects Included In This Tender. Lot 5 Will Not Be Added To The Tender Due To It Technical Reasons, Such As Not Being Awarded In The Publication Form. The Expected Turnover From The Delivery And Installation Of The Playground Equipment During The Term Of The Framework Agreement Amounts To Approximately €2,735,333 (For 6 Years) For The Total. The Maximum Value Of The Framework Agreement Is €3,362,400 (For 6 Years).
