Background Of The Acquisition The Municipality Of Hartola Acts As The Administrator In The Farmer Group Project Called Biogas Farmer Group Project Hartola/Sysmä. The Project Has Received Funding From The Ely Center In Häme, Which Is Project Support According To The European Rural Development Funds Funding Period 2023-2027. 10 Farms From The Hartola And Sysmä Regions Are Participating In The Business Group Project. The Project Will Be Implemented Between 1 December 2025 And 31 December 2027. The Agricultural Entrepreneurs Involved In The Project Will Increase Their Knowledge Of The Biogas Industry And Develop Their Networks And Capabilities To Implement A Possible Regional Biogas Plant Investment Through Joint Workshops, Consulting, Skills Development And Visits. The Working Group Promoting The Project Consists Of Agricultural Entrepreneurs (10 Pcs), Experts And Representatives Of The Municipalities Of Hartola And Sysmä. At The Beginning Of The Project, Clear Division Of Labor And Roles Are Defined For The Members Of The Work Group In Order To Clarify The Work. The Central Measure Of The Project Is To Outline And Clarify What Kind Of New Cooperation Models And Roles Could Be Formed Between The Agricultural Entrepreneurs Of The Farmer Group, Other Farmers And Entrepreneurs In The Area, And The Local Biogas Plant, If A Biogas Plant Processing Agricultural Inputs Were To Be Invested In The Area In The Future. This Means That, In Addition To The 10 Agricultural Entrepreneurs Of The Actual Farmer Group Project, The Planning Of The Biogas Plant Also Requires Consultation And Meeting With Other Operators In The Area, So The Project Maps E.G. The Areas Farmers And Transport Entrepreneurs On A Large Scale, And Information Sessions And Workshops Are Organized. As An Expert Work, The Key Technical And Economic Boundary Conditions For The Implementation Of A Regional Biogas Plant Are Outlined And Which Business Models Would Be Meaningful Specifically In The Hartola And Sysmä Region. This Happens By Specifying E.G. The Logistics Costs Of The Biogas Plant, Evaluating The Investment Level Of The Biogas Plant, Preparing Various Profitability Calculations And Finding Out The Sustainability Of The Produced Biogas And The Possibility Of Carbon Dioxide Recovery, As Well As The Regional Markets For The End Products. During The Project, The Working Group Will Get To Know The Biogas Plant Sites And Discuss Entrepreneurship In The Biogas Industry. Towards The End Of The Project, What Kind Of Further Steps The Working Group Should Take, So That The Investment Planning Process Could Move Towards Concreteness In Time, Is Planned.
