Health Monitoring Service For The Workers Of The Roca Del Vallès Town Council For 2026.The Object Of The Contract Is The Services Provided By A Specialized Company That Can Carry Out The Necessary Work To Provide Coverage For The Health Surveillance Of The Workers Of The La Roca Del Vallès Town Hall, In Order To Comply With The Legal Requirements In The Field Of Occupational Health, In Accordance With Law 31/1995, Of November 8, On The Prevention Of Occupational Risks, Chapter Iii, Art. 22, Which Regulates The Set Of Rights And Obligations Derived Or Correlative From The Basic Right Of Workers To Their Protection, As Well As, In A More Specific Way, The Actions To Develop In Emergency Situations Or In The Case Of Serious And Imminent Risk, The Guarantees And Rights Related To The Monitoring Of The Health Of Workers, With Special Attention To The Protection Of Confidentiality And Respect For Intimacy In The Treatment Of These Actions The Particular Measures To Be Adopted In Relation To Specific Categories Of Workers, Such As Young People, Pregnant Workers Or Those Who Have Recently Given Birth And Workers Subject To Temporary Employment Relationships And Providing Medical Coverage To The Selective Processes That Require It
