Operation Of Water Supplies – Concession Of The Drinking Water Supply And Sanitation Service In The Municipality Of Peñíscola. The Peñíscola City Council, With The Following Tender Procedure, Aims To Ensure That Its Hydraulic Infrastructures Are In A Position To Contribute To An Intelligent, Sustainable And Inclusive Growth Of The Municipality, Without Losing The Opportunity For This Change To Have A Positive Impact On Citizens In Both Environmental, Social And Economic Aspects. The Main Objectives Sought Are The Following: • Have Permanent Attention In The Municipality Both At A Technical Level For The Management Of The Service And For Its Users. • Modernize Infrastructure. • Transparent And Responsible Management With The Administration. • Raise Awareness Among Users About The Responsible Use Of The Resources We Have Available. • Be Respectful Of The Environment And Contribute To Saving Natural Resources. • Respect And Encourage The Use Of Social Policies. The Areas Of New Urbanization, Works And Facilities That The City Council Receives For Its Assignment To The Service, Will Become Part Of The Object Of This Contract, After Modifying The Contract In The Terms Established In Article 290 And In Title I Chapter I Section 3ª Subsection 4ª Of Law 9/2017, Of November 8, On Public Sector Contracts By Which The Directives Of The European Parliament And The Council Are Transposed Into The Spanish Legal System. 2014/23/Eu And 2014/24/Eu, Of February 26, 2014 (Hereinafter Lcsp). In Any Case, Exclusively Municipal-Owned Facilities Will Be Assigned To The Concessionaire, Under The Terms Established In This Clause, For Which, Once The Contract Has Been Awarded, A Detailed Inventory Of The Facilities Will Be Drawn Up Within A Maximum Period Of Three Months, Which Will Be Made Available To The Concessionaire And Will Be Signed By It And By The City Council.
