The Customer Can Purchase Repair And Advance Maintenance Services For Existing Camera Surveillance Systems, As Well As Installation Services, Including Design, Installation And Programming Work, Equipment And User Training. Duties Also Include Customer Service For Camera Surveillance Systems, Orientation Training And Emergency Services. The Provider Also Offers A 24/7 On-Call Service For Systems, Which Enables Maintenance And Repair Services For Individual, Critical Environments. The Estimated Maximum Value Of The Acquisition Without Value Added Tax Is 10.0 Million. Euro. The Estimated Value Includes Two (2) Years Of The Actual Contract Period And Two (2) One (1) Year Option Periods. The Procurement Is Carried Out As A Framework Arrangement In Order Of Priority, In Which Six (6) Contract Suppliers Are Selected Based On The Overall Economic Advantage, Unless There Are Fewer Bidders Who Meet The Requirements. In The Framework Arrangement, The Bidder Who Submitted The Most Economically Advantageous Bid Is The First In The Order Of Priority, And The Second Most Advantageous Bidder Is The Second, And So On. The Customer Reserves The Right To Tender The Procurement Of The Entire System Through A Mini Tender. In Addition, The Customer Reserves The Right To Hold A Mini-Competition Between The Suppliers Selected For The Framework Arrangement For Historic Objects Of Value That Differ From The Object Or System Type.
