Initial Situation / Project Presentation From 2026 To 2028, The Bls Plans To Build A New Workshop For Rail Vehicles In Oberburg. A Main Building With A Total Length Of 234M And A Width Of 87M Will Be Built On The Existing Site For Operational Maintenance. In Addition, An Outbuilding Will Be Built For Basic Cleaning And Graffiti Removal As Well As An Underfloor Lathe. Order/Service Description For The Oberburg Location, An Underfloor Lathe (Hereinafter Referred To As Ufd) With A Chip Conveyor (Hereinafter Referred To As Spf) And Extraction System (Hereinafter Referred To As Asa) Are To Be Procured, Which Are Primarily Used To Reprofile The Wheel Sets Of The Passenger Transport Vehicles Of Bls, Bls Cargo And Third-Party Customers. The Specific Requirements For The Procurement Goods Are Based On Document 3.1.00 “Catalog Of Requirements”. The Installation Of The Underfloor Lathe With Chip Conveyor And Extraction System Will Take Place After Completion Of The Corresponding Construction Phase (If The Approval Process And The Construction Project Proceed Optimally And Without Delay, Approx. 1St Half Of 2029).
