On The Basis Of This European Tender Procedure For Social And Other Specific Services In Accordance With The Public Procurement Act 2012, The Municipality Intends To Conclude A Framework Agreement With One (1) Contractor For The Implementation Of Medical Advice In The Following Areas: • Social Support Act (Wmo) • Disabled Parking Card • Student Transport • Participation Act, Including Special Assistance And Individual Study Allowance • Youth Act • Compulsory Education This Assignment Concerns A Framework Agreement With A Estimated Total Value Of € 1,400,000 Excluding Vat. The Stated Amount Is An Indication, Therefore No Rights Can Be Derived From The Stated Amount. The Order Value Over The Total Term Of The Framework Agreement Is Capped At € 1,700,000 Excluding Vat.
