Construction Work – The Construction Of The New Building Replacing The Kasavuuori School Center And The Renovation Of The Facade, Overall Contract. The Object Of The Procurement According To This Request For Tenders Is The Overall Contract For The New Building Replacing The Kasavuuori School Center And The Facade Repair In Accordance With The Documents Attached To This Request For Tenders. The Student Care Wing Of Approx. 800 Square Meters Will First Be Demolished From The Current Building, An Extension Of Approx. 3,500 Square Meters Will Be Built In Its Place, Which Will Be Connected To The Existing School Building. When The Expansion Part Is Ready, The A-Wing Approx. 2,200 Square Meters, Canteen And Library Will Be Demolished, The Canteen, Library And Social Facilities For Cleaning Services Will Be Rebuilt On The Same Place, And The Work In The Courtyard Area Will Be Finished. At The Same Time, The Facades And Water Roofs Of The Remaining Part Will Be Renovated. The School Center Is Mainly In Use During The Renovation Work. The Object Is Located At , Kasavuorentie 1, 02700 Kauniainen. The Tenderer Must Have Extensive Experience In The Implementation Of A School-Type Project. The Realization Of A School Building Is The Minimum Requirement For Reference Objects. The Bidders Eligibility Requirements: - The Bidder Must Have Two Reference Objects From Commissions Of Similar Objects From The Past 7 Years, The Corresponding Objects Must Be School Buildings, Building Classification 08, New Construction Or Renovation Project, Extent Of At Least 3000 Ke-M2/ Reference. The Overall Contract Is To Be Started In May 2026 And The Contract Must Be Completed In Its Entirety In January 2029. The Tenderer Is Required To Have Fulfilled Its Social Obligations. A Bidder Who Fails To Pay Taxes Or Social Security Contributions May Be Excluded From The Tender. The Tenderer Must Attach To His Offer The Statements And Certificates Required By The Customer Liability Act (1233/2006 And Amendment 470/2012) As Well As A Statement Of Liability Insurance. These Must Not Be Older Than Three Months. In Relation To The Size And Quality Of The Procurement, The Tenderer Must Have The Financial And Technical Conditions To Complete The Procurement (Solvency, Solvency, Profitability, Creditworthiness). The Bidders Financial Conditions Are Checked From The General Register. The Offer Must Correspond To The Request For Tender And Its Attachments And The Requirements Mentioned In Them.
