Preparation Of An Assessment Of The Compliance Of The Investment Project For The Site, Including: Assessment Of Compliance With The Essential Requirements For The Construction Of All Parts Of The Working Investment Project For The Construction, In Volume And Content According To The Zut, Including An Assessment Of The Compliance And Technical Control Of The Constructive Part According To Art. 142, Para. 10 Of The Zut; Preparation Of A Complex Report On The Performed Assessments For Compliance With The Essential Requirements For The Constructions; Assistance Of The Contracting Authority In The Procedure For Coordination And Approval Of The Investment Project. The Complex Report For Assessing The Compliance Of The Investment Project Should Meet The Requirements Of Art. 142, Para. 4, Para. 5, Para. 6, Item 2, Para. 9 And Para. 10, Art. 166, Para. 1, Item 1, Proposal 1, Para. 4, Art. 169, Para. 1 And Para. 3 Of The Law On Territorial Planning, The Law On Technical Requirements For Products, Ordinance No. 4 Of 21.05.2001 On The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects, Issued By The Minister Of Regional Development And Public Works, Ordinance No. Rd-02-20-1 Of 5 February 2015 On The Conditions And Procedure For The Application Of Construction Products In The Constructions Of The Republic Of Bulgaria Of The Ministry Of Land And Infrastructure Development, Sg No. 14/20.02.2015, Other Legal And By-Laws Regulating Construction And The Organization Of The Territory, Ordinance No. Rd-02-20-25 Of December 3, 2012 On The Conditions And Procedures For Issuing A Certificate For Entry In The Register Of Consultants For Assessing The Compliance Of Investment Projects And/Or Exercising Construction Supervision. The Conformity Assessment Covers All Parts Of The Investment Project That Are The Basis For Issuing A Construction Permit Under The Zut. Their Mutual Coherence, Completeness And Structural Compliance Are Assessed. The Contractor Should Report And Defend His Decisions, Contained In The Prepared Complex Report, Upon Their Examination, Announcement And Confirmation By The Contractor. The Investment Projects For Which An Assessment Of Compliance With The Essential Construction Requirements Should Be Made Contain At Least The Following Parts Subject To Assessment: Architecture Part Technological Part Constructions Part Electrical Part; Part Road Part Waterworks; Part Geodesy And Vertical Planning; Hvac Part, Fire Safety Part, Pbz Part; Part Construction Waste Management Plan; 4.2. The Exercise Of Construction Supervision Includes: Exercise Of Construction Supervision During The Construction Until Acceptance And Commissioning Of The Construction Within The Mandatory Scope Regulated In The Zut And The By-Laws On Its Implementation, Including: Carrying Out Inspection And Control Of The Construction Products Delivered And Put Into The Construction, Which Ensures The Fulfillment Of The Basic Requirements For The Construction In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordinance Under Art. 9, Para. 2, Item 5 Of The Law On Technical Requirements For Products, As Well As Coordination Of The Construction Process Until The Construction Is Put Into Operation
