The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In Direct Monitoring Of Birds Of Prey - The Eagle Owl And The Raven In 2026 In The Szklarska Poręba Forest District. The Monitoring Areas Covered By The Service Being The Subject Of The Order Are Located In The Following Forest Districts: Kamienno, Orle, Zieleniec, Jakuszyce, Szklarska Poręba, Rozdroże, Roztoka, Szronowiec, Kamieńczyk. Due To The Fact That The Black Grouse, In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of December 16, 2016, On The Protection Of Animal Species (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 2380), Is A Strictly Protected Species, For Safety Purposes, A List Of Its Sanctuaries Will Be Presented To The Contractor Within Three (3) Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. The Order Is Implemented As Part Of The Project Entitled: Together For Nature - Protection Of Species And Habitats In Naturally Valuable Areas (Opl2). This Order Is Co-Financed By The European Union From The Cohesion Fund Under The European Funds For Infrastructure, Climate And Environment Program 2021-2027.
