The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Sentence Entitled: Delivery Of 2 Ambulances For The Central Clinical Hospital Of The Medical University Of Lodz As Part Of The Project Entitled Development And Modernization Of The Infrastructure Of The Central Clinical Hospital Of The Medical University Of Lodz, As Ok Iii Within The Ksk, In Order To Improve The Availability And Quality Of Cardiological Care, Co-Financed By The European Union Under The National Reconstruction And Immunity Plan ¬ Component D Efficiency, Availability And Quality Of The Health Care System, Investment D1.1.1 Development And Modernization Of The Infrastructure Of Highly Specialized Care Centers And Other Medical Entities In The Area Of Cardiology Of Qualified Centers To Ok Ii And Ok Iii (Kpod.07.02-Ip.10-0372/25) 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes A Passenger Car With A Body Intended For Transporting The Patient; Installed Light And Sound Signal System; Equipped With A Multi-Purpose Stretcher With A Set Of Belts, Hydraulic Stretcher Bases, Transport Trolley/Cardiac Chair, Oxygen Cylinder Holder - 2 Pcs. 3. The Subject Of The Order Must: 3.1. Be Brand New - Year Of Production Of The Complete Vehicle Min. 2025 (Base Vehicle), 3.2. Meet Quality And Technical Standards Resulting From Function And Purpose, 3.3. Be Free From Material, Construction, Physical And Legal Defects, 3.4. Cannot Be Encumbered With Any Rights In Favor Of Third Parties, 3.5. Cannot Be A Prototype, 3.6. Minimum Warranty Periods Required By The Ordering Party: A) 24 Months Warranty For The Entire Vehicle (Without Mileage Limit), B) 120 Months Warranty For Body Perforation, C) 24 Months Warranty For The Paint Coating, D) 24 Months Warranty For The Medical Installation. The Ordering Party Requires A Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Order Equal To The Period Of The Granted Warranty. 4. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers In These Proceedings. The Subject Of The Order Was Not Divided Into Parts. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Vehicles With Comprehensive Adaptations, Medical Installations And Specialized Equipment. Dividing This Order Into Parts For Technical And Organizational Reasons Would Cause Excessive Difficulties In Its Implementation And Could Also Jeopardize The Timely Execution Of The Order. The Entire Subject Of The Order, I.E. The Supply Of Ambulances, Must Be Performed By One Contractor Due To The Fact That One Contractor Assumes Responsibility For Any Claims Related To The Exercise Of Warranty And Quality Guarantee Rights. 5.
