Tender For Repair Of Paitda Qtrs Under Baripada Block- 1 Dismantling brick/tile work in cement mortar including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts & lead of 1000metres 2 Dismantling wrought & framed timber in roof frame work of floors after careful removal of nail, bolts etc. and stacking of the materials for reuse etc. complete. - Ground Floor 3 Dismantling GCI or AC sheet roofing after carefully removing the bolts and nuts including stacking of the materials for reuse etc. complete - Ground Floor 4 Dismantling 2.5cm thick A.S. flooring ,etc. all complete. 5 Dismantling of Door & window & repairs of same fixing proper place , etc. complete. 6 Earth work in excavation of foundation in hard soil within initial lead and lift including rough dressing and breaking clods etc. complete. 7 Sand filling in foundation and plinth with well watered and rammed etc. complete. 8 Plain cement concrete (1:3:6) nominal mix in foundation as per Drawing and Technical Specification 9 Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) nominal mix as per Drawing and Technical Specification 10 R.C.C M-20 Grade with 20mm and down grade block hard granite (crusher broken ) stone chips etc. complete. 11 A) Column base 12 B) Plinth Beam 13 C) Column super structure 14 D) Lintel 15 E) Beam 16 F) Slab 17 Providing HYSD Bar reinforcement for R.C.C work including straighting, cutting, binding, welding, tying the grills,laying and placeing the proper position etc. complete. 18 Fly ash. brick masonry in cm(1:6) for brick work with all cost, Carriage, Royality etc. complete. 19 Supplying and Fixing of M.S.
