Service Charge on Top of Financial Proposal (Simplified No. 1.1 to 1.7 on Sheet 1) 3. Cost of Providing Bed Sheets, Pillow Covers, Towels, Duvets, and Blankets in Rooms, Per Bed, Per Bed Per Month 4. Laundry (Except Simplified No. 1.02) Including Washing of Curtains, Sofa Covers, Chair Covers, and Dry Cleaning of Blankets, Per Month 5. Total (1.01 + 1.02 + 1.03) Amount Excluding Tax, Per Month 6. Financial Proposal for Cleaning, R.C.V.P. The detailed details for cleaning of the main building, both hostels, guest house, golden jubilee auditorium, sports complex and roads and gardens located in the entire academy campus at Naronha Academy of Administration and Management, Madhya Pradesh are mentioned in clause 19 of the tender. Details of materials and equipment to be used in cleaning are given in Appendix-14. The tenderer has to give a lump sum financial proposal of the monthly amount after estimating the area for cleaning and calculating the expenditure on human resources and materials and equipment.
