Tender For Special Repairs To Various Road At Rms Chail Under Ge(I) Jutogh.; 1 Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 30mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder @0.03Cum of premixed macadam),complete all as specified and directed. 2 Preparing existing black top surfaces of roadby brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc., complete all as specified and directed. 3 Applying evenly a priming/ tack coatwith bituminous primer using paving mechanical sprayer @ 5 kg per 10 Sq metre complete all as specified. 4 Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 6% binder content using paving bitumen of Grade VG 10 by weight of total mix, spread by means of mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with power roller 8 to 12 tonne to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and directed. 5 Premixed bituminous macadam,laid/ rolled & compacted to required gradient & camber (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) with bitumen VG-10 @ 4% by weight of total mix,complete all as specified and directed. 6 Preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour white and yellow confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine, all as per manufacturers instructions,complete all as specified and directed. 7 Demolition of Cement concrete (Unreinforced) of any description in ground floors and pavings n exe 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 8 100 mm thick PCC (1:2:4), type B-1, using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate, as in road side berms, finished even and fair, complete all as specified. 9 Road studs (Cat eye) of alloy metal body of size 100mm x 100 mm x 20mm with PMMA stripiens reflectorfitted with epoxy resin and 12mm dia size 125mm long pointed nails as per manufactures instructions completeall as specified and directed. 10 Solar cat eye aluminum alloy body ( 100% water proof design according to IP-65) of size 125mm x 125 mm x 25mm (shank 65 mm ) of high efficiency, mono crystaline solar panel 2.4 V/0.3 watt, one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd fixed with epoxy resin as per manufactures instruction complete all as specified and directed. 11 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8), type D-2 using 40mm graded mechanically crushedstone aggregate, as in sub base including finishing the surface even and fair, complete all as specified and directed. 12 60 mm thick PVC moulded precast interlocking paving blocks M-40 grade, factory casted using grey cement and pigment, casted in an automatic plant working on vibration and simultaneous hydraulic compression from top, confirming to IS-15658-2006 and of shape haxagon/ triangular/ zigzag/ I-shaped etc. as directed, laid over and including 25 mm thick layer of sand cushioning including filling the interstices with & including sand complete, all as directed. 13 Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlars facing, dressed stone work & precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed. 14 Walling of random rubble stone masonry uncoursed well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed. 15 All as per Srl item No 14.00 above but except stone, complete all as specified and directed.Note: Old stone obtained from demolition shall be reused. 16 PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in coping, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating including use & waste of formwork complete, all as specified and as directed. 17 PCC (1:5:10), type E-2,using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed. 18 Rendering 15 mm thick onfair faces of brick work or stone masonry surface in cement mortar (1:4), finished even and fair, complete all as specified and directed. 19 Prepration of newly plastered surfaces of wall andand applying twoor more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior emulsionpaint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives at 1.43 litre/10Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied at 0.90 litre/10Sqm over new surface complete all as specified and directed.
