For 2X15mva, 66/11Kv Dholera Airport Sub-Station.-1 Erection of equipment of any type/ Make with required all spares & accessories as per supplier's manual and FQP including indivisual & Interpole wiring of for all mentioned voltage class switch yard (as per respective technical specifications & relavant special conditions) suitable for all types of bus Configurations. Scope includes the dragging/loading/unloading of same from site store to erection site. (c)Erection of breakers-66/22 KV (without crane) 2 Erection of CT/PT/CVT (All type/make) on its erected structure including complete dragging/loading/unloading of same with crane only from site store to erection site and fixing of required clamps, connectors as per instruction of Engineer in-charge. (d) 66KV CT/PT/CVT (without crane). 3 Erection of Surge Arrester (All type/make) on its erected structure including complete dragging/loading/undoading of the same from site store to erection site and fixing of required clamps, connectors, corona rings, surge counter and other accessories etc. as per instruction of Engineer in-charge. (d) 66KV 4 Erection of centre breaker/Double break isolator (All make) with earth blade(without crane) on its erected structure consisting of 3 base channel with porcelain/solid core insulator including interconnector piping with operating mechanism and accessories with final adjustment for simulators operating & closing. The rates are inclusive of dragging/loading/unloading of the same from site store to erection site as per instructions of Engineer in-charge. (a) 66KV5 -DO- as above but without earth blade complete. (b) 66KV 6 Erection of polycone/Solidcore/Bus Post insualtor on its erected structure complete.fixing of accessories and shifting of same includong loading / Unloading from its site store to erection site. (d) 66KV 7 Laying of any size of 11/22KV XLPE cable including excavation of trench 300mm wide & 600mm deep including laying and filling up sand of 100mm layer from bottom & bricks on three side of cable & refilling the trench with murram/soil & ramming etc. Required bricks, sand, power cable maker/C.I/G.I plate etc. will have to be supplied by the contractor. Rates are inclusive of shifting of cable drum to the site from S/S site store. Drum should be handled only by jacking to avoid damage to cables. 8 (b) Laying of any size of 11/22KV XLPE cable in readymade cable trench or in open space. Rates are inclusive of shifting of cable drum to the site from S/S site store. Drum should be handled only by jacking to avoid damage to cables. 9 Erection of S/s & Equipment structure including punching of nut-bolts. Rates are inclusive of shifting of same upto erection site from its S/S store. (a) 66KV 10 Erection of 66/22-11KV Class Power Transformer with complete mounting of all the accessories i.e. busings, radiators, conservator tank etc. including laying of cable between all accessories mounted on the transformer / marshalling KIOSK filling and filtration of oil with filter machine as per direction of Engineer in Charge. manufacturer Engineer or as per instruction manual. Required filter machine, Hydralic jack, Vaccum Pump etc. for erection & oil filtration will be provided contractor. (iii) 15 MVA 12 Stringing of quardruple 'MOOSE' Bus complete in all respect with fixing of all fittings, insulators sag compensation spring and all accessories as per the instruction of Engineer in-charge.(c) - DO - but for Single 'MOOSE' /Zebra. 13 Preparing and fixing of required length of jumpers in the switchyard on respective Bus & equipments, tensioning & dressing of jumpers complete as per instruction of Engineer in-charge. (c) Single MOOSE / ZEBRA / PANTHER 14 Installation of earthing strips / MS round bar in any kind of soil except Rocky(HR/SR) Soil as per earthing philosophy of GETCO Earthing Grid: 1) Including digging of 600mm depth and 450mm wide trench. 2) Cutting, bending, laying and fixing of Earthing grid conductor. 3) 75x10mm / 50x6mm GI strips: Fixing of two bolt at each straight joints and lap welding, removing oxide films formed during welding, applying two coats of red oxide and black powder after welding and applying zinc rich paint on welded joints. 4) 25/32/36/40MM dia MS Rod: Lap welding at each straight & cross joints, removing oxide films formed during welding, applying two coats of red oxide and black powder after welding and applying zinc rich paint on welded joints. 5) Including supply of red oxide paint, black powder, HDGI Nuts & bolts as per specification. 6) Back filling of the trench with yellow/ Normal soil. Structure & Equipment earthing: 1) Including digging of 600mm depth and 450mm wide trench. 2) Cutting, bending as per required shape, laying and fixing of risers from Grid to structures and Equipments. 3) Lap welding, removing oxide films formed during welding, applying two coats of red oxide and black powder after welding and applying zinc rich paint on welded joints including supply of HDGI Nuts & bolts for all connections including suporting to structures etc as per specification. 4) Back filling of the trench with yellow/ Normal soil. b) 50 x 6 mm GI strip / MS round bay up to and including 25mm Providing Bore type earthing with drilling of minimum 200mm dia bore upto following mentioned depth in Rocky (HR/SR) Soil as per earthing philosophy of GETCO. 1) Work includes inserting 20/25mm dia MS Rod (for 66kV S/S) / 40 mm dia MS Rod (for EHV S/S) in bore depth and to be connected to the earthing grid at junction point by proper welding at both end. 2) This includes cutting, fabrication & welding of flat. 3) Refilling and compression of surrounding areas with Normal/yellow soil, ground enhancement material etc. wherever applicable as per approved Soil strata and earthing design calculation. 4) Required G.I. Earthing strip/ MS rods will be supplied by GETCO Free of Cost. 5) Earthing material like Normal/yellow soil, ground enhancement material (0.5CMT/Meter depth), water, etc. shall be supplied by contractor. (f) 3 Mtr Depth (a) Supply,Installation,Testing and commissioning of maintenance free treated earth electrodes suitable for NORMAL SOIL as per drawing No. GETCO/E/STD/P-021 (1 OF 2) R3 dated 29- 05-2020 and technical specifications GETCO/E/TS-Maintenance free earth pits/R1 dated 04-06-15 for 66/11 kV substations with ground enhancement material/ back fill / grounding compound as per IEEE 80-2000 Clause 14.5 (d) and as per part-7 of IEC-62561 Using Copper bonded earth electrode (with 250 micron copper coating) having 24 mm dia (min) and 3000 mm length which shall be capable of handling STC of 25 KA-1 sec. Work also includes Providing BB masonary inspection chamber(manhole) incl. light type CI cover.17 Fabrication for erection of any Equipment/Structure/panel or anywhere in s/s & F.B. at other endas per Inst. (Max.) 18 Erection of support structure for 11kV Power cable termination at 11kV bushing for 10/15/20MVA power transformer as per Drawing No.:- GETCO/E/06SSTD/ 11kV STR-A2-02. 1) Material for supporting structure will be supplied free of cost by GETCO. 2) Necessary wooden clamps with required nut-bolt-washers & HDPE rubber piece for packing etc. as per drawing shall be supplied by the contractor. 3) Job also includes minor fabrication if required as per instruction of EIC. M.S. louver shutter of Fan & necessary wall finishing works and applying bird proof net on outside wall with required arrangement for rain water sealing and necessary conection from ceiling rose as per Direction and instruction of EIC. Providing & Fixing of Electric bell with bell switch near officer's table. All materials must be ISI mark and approved by EIC. Providing and fixing of 18W LED Lighting Fixture (CGL Cat No.. LCTL-18-CDL 18W or equivalent under Cat-II or above as per R&B SOR) as per instruction of EIC Providing & fixing of Wall Mounted Fan Crompton / Orient/ PSPO / Usha / Cinni must be ISI approved). including wiring from ceiling rose to Fan terminals of by using twin core flexible PVC to PVC 48 / 0.2 mm copper cord of suitable & approved size & fixing of Fan regulator. Providing and laying of 2 core, 2.5 sq. mm PVC armoured copper cable of standard ISI make , inside hume pipe / cable trench / in ground, from control room / transformer distribution board to junction box of quarter & main switch of watchman cabin. During laying of cable in the ground, excavation of 300mm width and 450mm depth in any soil with murrum refilling to be done. This includes supply of saddles on the wall as instructed and approved by E.I.C. Cutting, uprooting and removing of grass, shrubs, bushes etc. from area as per priority given by E. I. C and also removing unwanted plants like Bordies, Ankdas, Nafatias, etc. to be excavated uproots. Also includes disposing off of cut grass, shrubs and unwanted plants outside etc
