Purchase Of Active Network Elements, Applications And Services Increasing The Level Of Cybersecurity Of The Hospital - A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 1 3. The Subject Of The Order Is Part Of The Project Called Digital Transformation Of The Tomaszów Health Center - Modern Technologies For Safety And Better Patient Service Submitted In The Competitive Recruitment No. Kpod.07.03-Ip.10-001/25. It Is Planned That The Project Will Be Supported By The National Recovery And Resilience Plan, Component D Efficiency, Accessibility And Quality Of The Health Care System, Investment D1.1.2 Accelerating The Processes Of Digital Transformation Of Health Care Through Further Development Of Digital Services In Health Care 4. If Support Is Not Granted From The National Recovery And Resilience Plan To Cover The Expenses For The Implementation Of The Project Called Digital Transformation Of The Tomaszów Health Center - Modern Technologies For Safety And Better Patient Service, The Ordering Party Will Invalidate The Procedure Pursuant To Article 257 Point 1) Of The Public Procurement Law. 5. The Order Will Be Implemented In Three Stages: 1) Stage 1 - Delivery Of The Application From Items No. 2, 3, 4, 8, 9 In Appendix No. 1, Stage 1 To Be Completed Within 30 Days Of Signing The Contract. 2) Stage 2 - Delivery Of Equipment From Items No. 5, 6, 7 In Appendix No. 1, Stage 2 To Be Completed Within 60 Days Of Signing The Contract. 3) Stage 3 - Implementation And Provision Of Services From Items No. 1, 10, 11 In Appendix No. 1.
