Support Services For Air Transport – Provision Of Prm Services. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services For Disabled Persons And Persons With Reduced Mobility Traveling By Air From/To The Warsaw/Modlin Airport, Hereinafter Referred To As Prm Services. 2. The Provision Of Services For Disabled Persons And Persons With Reduced Mobility (Prm) Traveling By Air From/To The Warsaw/Modlin Airport Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Requirements Contained In: 1) Regulation (Ec) No. 1107/2006 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of July 5, 2006. The Contractor Is Not Obliged To Perform The Obligations Assigned In The Regulation 1107/2006 Strictly To The Airport Operator Or Other Entities, Including: Recital 5, Sentence 2, Recital 9, Recital 11 Of The Preamble And Art. 5, Art. 8 Section 3-6, Art. 9 Section 4 And 5 Of Regulation 1107/2006, 2) Code Of Good Conduct And Quality Standards For The Service Of Disabled Persons And Persons With Reduced Mobility Traveling By Air (Annex No. 14 To Swz), 3) Document 30, Part I, Section 5, Together With Annexes, Of The European Civil Aviation Conference (Ecac), 4) Contract With The Contractor, A Template Of Which Is Attached. No. 11 To Swz. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 4. Referring To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, Persons Performing The Activities Indicated Below During The Execution Of The Order: 4.1 Activities Related To Servicing Disabled Persons And Persons With Reduced Mobility Traveling By Air From/To The Warsaw/Modlin Airport. 5. During The Execution Of The Order, The Ordering Party Is Entitled To Carry Out Inspection Activities Towards The Contractor As To The Fulfillment Of The Requirement Of Employing Persons Performing The Work Specified In Point 4.1 Under The Employment Contract. Activities. 6. The Ordering Party Is Entitled In Particular To: 6.1 Request Declarations And Documents Confirming Compliance With The Above-Mentioned Requirements. Requirements And Assessing Them, In Particular Employment Contracts With Persons Performing These Activities (Indicating The Scope Of Activities Performed By A Given Person), 6.2 Requesting Explanations In Case Of Doubts Regarding Confirmation Of Compliance With The Above-Mentioned Requirements, 6.3 Carrying Out Other Inspections Of The Form Of Employment. 7. On The Day Of Signing The Contract At The Latest, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit A List Of Employees Assigned To Execute The Order. 8. In The Event Of Termination Of Employment, E.G. Termination Of The Employment Relationship By A Person Or Persons, The Employer Or For Other Reasons, During The Execution Of The Contract, The Contractor Undertakes To Employ In Their Place, For The Remaining Period Of The Order, Counting From The Date Of Termination Of Employment, Other Persons, On The Conditions Referred To In Section 4 Above. 9. The Scope Of The Contract Is Related To Entrusting The Processing Of Personal Data, Which Will Be Regulated In The Contract On Entrusting The Processing Of Personal Data.
