The Prevention Is Reflected In A Diary Of The Location And Must Be Accompanied By A Protocol For The Performed Prevention Activities; The Full Scope Of The Activities Subject To The Order Is Detailed In The Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of The Participation Documentation. The Contracting Authority May Exercise Its Right To An Option For Additional Quantities, In The Event That Financing Is Secured, Within The Period Provided For Delivery Under The Main Contract, By Notifying The Contractor In Writing Of Its Desire To Exercise The Option For Additional Deliveries. The Option For Additional Quantities/Numbers Is Realized When The Parties Conclude An Additional Agreement To The Contract On The Basis Of Art. 116, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Zop.​
