Site Preparation Work – Extension Of Provincial Road No. 486 On The Szczyty - Działoszyn Section. 1. The Scope Of Construction Works To Be Carried Out As Part Of The Expansion Of The Provincial Road No. 486 On The Szczyty - Działoszyn Section Includes: • Expansion Of The Provincial Road On The Section From Km 21+100 To Km 25+000, • Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Intersections Of The Provincial Road No. 486 With Municipal Roads, • Expansion And Reconstruction Of Road Sections Municipal Roads, • Construction Of An Intersection Of A Provincial Road With Planned Municipal Roads, • Demolition And Construction Of Sidewalks, • Construction Of A Pedestrian And Bicycle Path, • Reconstruction Of An Additional Road To Service Adjacent Plots, • Demolition And Construction Of Bus Bays, • Demolition And Construction Of Exits With Covered Ditches, • Demolition And Reconstruction Of Road Ditches, • Construction Of A Rainwater Drainage System, • Construction Of An Infiltration Tank, • Demolition Existing Culverts Under The Provincial Road, • Construction Of Culverts Under The Provincial Road And Under The Pedestrian And Bicycle Path, • Demolition And Construction Of Street Lighting, • Construction Of A Technological Channel, • Reconstruction Of The Existing Infrastructure (Power Grid, Telecommunications Network, Water Supply Network, Sanitary Sewage System, Gas Sewage System) As Part Of The Removal Of Conflicts. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is The Design Documentation (Construction, Executive And Technical Designs, Bills Of Quantities) And Stwiorbs In Accordance With Art. 103 Section 1 Of The Act Of 11 September 2019, Public Procurement Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1320). 2. When Carrying Out The Task Covered By This Order, Measures Should Be Taken To Ensure Accessibility For People With Special Needs, As Referred To In The Act Of July 19, 2019 On Ensuring Accessibility For People With Special Needs. 3. Pursuant To The Provisions Of Article 121 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Reserves The Obligation To Personally Perform Key Tasks Relating To: Execution Of Bituminous Layers Of The Road Structure (Base Layer And Binding And Wearing Course). This Requirement Does Not Apply To The Production And Transport Of The Mineral-Bituminous Mixture. 4. The Ordering Party Envisages Awarding, Within 3 Years From The Date Of Awarding The Basic Contract, To The Existing Contractor Of Services Or Construction Works, An Order Consisting In The Repetition Of Similar Services Or Construction Works, Consistent With The Subject Of The Basic Contract, Up To The Amount Of Pln 8,943,089.43 Net. 5. The Ordering Party Recommends That The Contractor Conduct An On-Site Inspection.
