The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of A Construction Design Together With Authors Supervision For The Task Titled: Adapting The Building Of The District Court In Oleśnica At Ul. 3 Maja 48/49 To Fire Protection Requirements In The Manner Specified In The Technical And Construction Regulations, As Well As Obtaining A Building Permit, As Well As Obtaining, On Your Own, The Arrangements, Derogations, Permits And Approvals Required By Law, Opinions Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Investment. The Scope Of Development Of The Construction Design Includes The Preparation Of: A Plot Development Design (If Required), A Design Architectural And Construction, Technical Design, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Investor Cost Estimates And Bills Of Quantities. The Contractor Will Also Perform Comprehensive Authors Supervision Over The Investment Within The Scope Specified In The Construction Law.
