Description Of The Subject Of The Order1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Postal Services By The Contractor For The Needs Of The Municipal Office In Lubsko In Domestic And Foreign Traffic, In The Scope Of Accepting, Moving And Delivering Postal Items (Letter Items, Postal Parcels, Courier Items), As Well As The Return Of Undelivered Items After Exhausting The Possibilities Of Delivery Or Handing Over To The Recipient Within The Meaning Of The Act Of November 23, 2012 Postal Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Laws Of 2025, Item 366, As Amended). 2) The Types And Number Of Shipments Specified In The Offer Form (Appendix No. 4 To The Swz - Price Form To The Swz) Are Estimates And May Change Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party, To Which The Contractor Agrees And Will Not Pursue Any Claims For Quantitative And Type Changes During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order. The Types Of Shipments, Returns, Postal Parcels, Their Weight Ranges And Envelope Dimensions Were Developed By The Ordering Party Based On Previous Experience In The Field Of Postal Services Provided By The Current Contractor. Parcels Sent By The Ordering Party Will Be Delivered By The Contractor To Any Place In The Country And Abroad Covered By The Agreement With The Universal Postal Union, To The Provided Address Or Post Office Box Address, In Compliance With The Rules And Conditions For Effective And Timely Delivery Of Letters Specified In The Applicable Regulations. Parcels Sent By The Ordering Party, If Notified, Will Be Collected By The Addressees At Properly Marked Permanent Establishments Of The Contractor Located In Every Commune In The Country. 3) The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Ordering Other Postal Services For Shipments Not Listed In The Offer Form (Appendix No. 4 - Price Form To Swz). The Basis For Settlement Will Be The Prices Included On The Date Of Acceptance Of The Shipments In The Price List Applicable To The Contractor. 4) Postal Services That Are The Subject Of The Order Will Be Provided In Accordance With The Principles Specified In Generally Applicable Legal Provisions, I.E. In Particular: A) The Act Of November 23, 2012 - Postal Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 366, As Amended) And The Applicable Implementing Provisions To The Act, B) The Act Of June 14, 1960 - Code Of Administrative Procedure (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws As Amended). 2025, Item 1691), C) Other Legal Acts Related To The Implementation Of The Service That Is The Subject Of The Order, Including Internal Acts Issued By The Contractor Pursuant To Art. 21 Of The Postal Law Act. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Also Presented In Annex No. 8 - Important Provisions Of The Contract.
