1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In The Repair Of Sewage Pumps Operated By The Łowicz Commune. 2. Repair Of The Sewage Pump Is Understood As All Measurement And Diagnostic Activities, Disassembly, Troubleshooting, Assembly And Restoration Of Full Functionality Of The Device In Order To Continue Its Operation. 3. The Scope Of The Service Includes Carrying Out All Activities Provided For In Service Manuals, Technical And Operational Documentation Or Other Documents In Order To Ensure That The Service Item Is Maintained In Good Condition, As Well As Determining And Assessing The Technical Condition Of The Equipment, Restoring The Required Condition Through Adjustments, Settings, Removing Faults Or Replacing Wearing And Consumable Parts (Oil, Hydraulic Rotor, Bottom Plate, Shredder Set, Seals, Bearings) Or Replaceable Parts. 4. The Ordering Party Operates The Following Pumps In The Łowicz Commune: - Piranha 08 Single-Phase And Three-Phase, - Piranha 09 Single-Phase And Three-Phase, - Piranha S12; S17; S19 Three-Phase 5. The Ordering Party Has The Following (Reserve) Piranha Pumps In Stock: - Single-Phase (08, 09) - 8 Pcs. - Three-Phase (09, S12, S17) - 1 Pc. The Pumps Will Be Handed Over To The Contractor And May Be Used Interchangeably While The Actual Pump Is Being Repaired. If All Replacement Pumps Are Used, The Contractor Is Obliged To Replace The Dismantled Pump With Its Own Device Or Repair The Failure Within No Longer Than 72 Hours.6. The Contractor Provides The Ordering Party With A Quality Warranty For The Services And Components Provided For A Period Of 12 Months From The Completion Of The Repair And For A Period Of 24 Months In The Case Of Using Replacement Bearings. The Warranty Covers Defects In The Replaced Components During Repair, I.E. Material And Assembly Defects. During This Period, Under The Warranty Granted, The Contractor Is Obliged To Remove, At His Own Expense, Any Defects That Interfere With The Operation Of The Subject Of The Warranty, And, If Necessary, To Replace Defective Parts Or Their Elements.
