The Subject Of The Order Is: 1. Successive Delivery Of Diesel Oil In An Estimated Amount Of 200,000 Liters To A Tank With A Capacity Of 2,500 Liters Located At The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party In Mogilno 224.2. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Supply Diesel Fuel To A Tank With A Capacity Of 2,500 Liters. The Dates And Quantities Of Fuel Deliveries Will Be Determined Each Time By The Ordering Party By Phone Or E-Mail. If The Ordering Party Registers The Delivery By 8:30 A.M., The Delivery Should Take Place On The Same Day By 3:00 P.M. However, After The Ordering Party Submits A Delivery Notification After The Above-Mentioned Hour, The Delivery Should Take Place No Later Than 3 P.M. On The Day Following The Day Of Placing The Order. The Ordering Party Determines The Deadlines For Accepting Deliveries As Follows: Working Days (Monday To Friday, Excluding Saturdays, Sundays And Public Holidays) From 7.00 A.M. To 3.00 P.M.). The Amount Of Fuel Delivered Will Be Determined Assuming A Reference Fuel Temperature Of 150 C, Based On A Printout From A Tanker Printer Equipped With A Legal System For Measuring The Pumped Out Fuel. The Ordering Party Has The Right To Demand Presentation Of A Current Certificate Of Legalization Of The Pumped Fuel Meter With A Number Consistent With The Serial Number Of The Meter Installed On The Delivery Vehicle (Tank Truck). Deliveries Will Be Made By The Contractors Transport And At His Expense. 3. The Contractor Will Guarantee The Supply Of Fuels Appropriate To The Period Of Their Use: In The Summer Period, The So-Called Summer Fuels, In Winter The So-Called Winter Fuels, And In The Transitional Period The So-Called Transition Fuels. Note: The Ordering Party Will Each Time Require The Contractor To Submit A Current Quality Certificate (Certificate) Of The Purchased Fuels With The Specified Parameters: • Density, • Cold Filter Blocking Temperature, • Sulfur Content, • Cloud Point And • Issue Document. 4. The Delivered Fuel Must Meet The Quality Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of June 26, 2024 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels (Journal Of Laws 2024.1018). Fuel Parameters Not Included In The Regulation Must Comply With Applicable Polish Standards.5. Fuel Quantity Estimates Are Subject To Change. Reducing The Scope Of The Order Does Not Constitute Grounds For Any Claims By The Contractor.6. The Ordering Party Does Not Have A License To Trade In Liquid Fuels. The Purchased Fuel Will Be Used For Own Purposes. 7. It Is Required That The Tanker Vehicle Be Equipped With A Transportable Measuring System For Dispensing Fuel (Attested). When Reloading Fuel From The Tanker Truck To The Fuel Tank, The Contractor Should Exercise Particular Caution. This Activity Should Be Performed In Compliance With All Occupational Health And Safety Regulations. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Entire Cycle Related To Supplying Diesel Oil To The Tank.
