The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Brand New, Unused, Complete, Free From Construction, Material, Workmanship And Legal Defects Of An 8+1 Minibus, Adapted To Transport Disabled People, Including Those In Wheelchairs.3. The Delivered Car Must Have: A) A Certificate Of Approval As A Minibus Intended For The Transport Of Disabled People, Specially Adapted To Transport People In A Wheelchair/Wheelchairs, Issued By A Statutorily Authorized Body, B) A Set Of Documents Required For Registration In Accordance With The Regulations In Force In Poland, On The Basis Of Admission To Traffic (Sales Invoice, Vehicle Card, Inspection - Technical Examination And Examination Of A Diagnostic Station, Certificates Confirming That After Adaptation The Car Is Adapted To Transport Disabled People) In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Regulations Road Traffic Law. C) User Manual In Polish, Warranty Book4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including A Description Of The Minimum Technical Parameters And Minimum Equipment, Is Included In Annex No. 7 To This Tor.
