Protection Of The Facility And Property Of The School And Kindergarten Complex No. 5 At Ul. Limanowskiego 12 In Wałbrzych. The Task Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of The Contract Concluded With The Following Ordering Party: Wałbrzych Commune - City With District Rights - School And Kindergarten Complex No. 5. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Security Services Property Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of August 22, 1997 On The Protection Of Persons And Property (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 532, As Amended) In The Facility And On The Property Of The School And Kindergarten Complex No. 5 At Ul. Limanowskiego 12 In Wałbrzych, On All Days Of The Week From 8 P.M. On A Given Day To 6 A.M. On The Following Day. The Contractor Is Obliged To Install An Alarm System (Sswin) Consisting Of 8 Detectors In The Facility Covered By The Order. The Devices Must Be Wireless, Their Installation Must Not Damage The Plaster And Facade Of The Protected Building, And It Must Take Place In Time To Fully Activate The Alarm System When The Contract Begins. Within 3 Days From The End Of The Contract, The Contractor - As Part Of The Remuneration - Is Obliged To Dismantle The System. The Ordering Party Does Not Require That Security Services Be Provided By Employees Who Are On The List Of Qualified Physical Security Employees.
