3.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Office Supplies For Organizational Units Of The Medical University Of Lodz. Deliveries Will Be Made Successively, Based On The Ordering Partys Needs Based On Orders Covering The Delivery Of Specific Batches Of Goods For Individual Organizational Units Of The Medical University Of Lodz. The Ordering Party Allows For Size And Weight Tolerances In All Office Supplies Up To +/- 10%3.2. The Contractor Provides The Ordering Party With Qualitative And Quantitative Guarantees For The Delivered Goods For At Least A Period Of 24 Months, Except For Those Goods For Which A Longer Warranty Period Is Required - The Contractor Provides Qualitative And Quantitative Guarantees For The Delivered Goods For A Period In Accordance With The Description Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz Assortment And Price Form.3.5. The Assortment And Price Form Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz Also Constitutes A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order.
