1. The Subject Of The Order Includes Winter Maintenance Of Urban And Municipal Roads In The Kamień Pomorski Commune In The Period From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026, Divided Into Two Parts: - Part I Concerns The Removal Of Snow From Urban And Municipal Roads In The Kamień Pomorski Commune, Combating Black Ice On The Roads And, If Necessary, Providing Space And Removing Excessive Amounts Of Snow From The City After Prior Arrangement With The Ordering Party. - Part Ii Concerns Removing Snow And Ice From Sidewalks In The City Of Kamień Pomorski.2. The Above Tasks Should Be Carried Out Within The Designated Time Necessary To Achieve The Intended Final Quality Parameters Of The Undertaken Activities, Using The Contractors Human Resources, Vehicles And Specialized Equipment. 3. The Order Must Be Fulfilled Using Vehicles Marked In Accordance With Applicable Regulations.4. The Contractor Will Provide His Own Material In The Form Of Sand And Road Salt Of Appropriate Quality To Remove Slipperiness. 5. The Vehicles Used By The Contractor Must Be Technically Efficient And Have Mandatory Insurance. 6. The Ordering Party Specifies The Following Requirements Regarding The Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Of Persons Performing The Activities Specified By The Ordering Party In The Scope Of The Execution Of The Order Under An Employment Contract: 1) The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, Persons Performing The Activities Indicated Below In The Scope Of The Execution Of The Order, The Performance Of Which Consists In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended): - For Part I - An Employee Operating A Truck Equipped With A Sand Spreader And A Snow Plow, - For Part Ii - An Employee Operating A Vehicle For Snowing And Sprinkling Sidewalks.2) At The Request Of The Ordering Party And Within The Set Deadline The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Declaration That The Persons Performing The Activities Specified In Section 1 Of This Point Are Employed Under An Employment Contract.7. The Ordering Party May Commission The Contractor To Work On Roads Or Properties Other Than Those Included In The List Below, Owned By The Kamień Pomorski Commune, After Prior Information To The Person Coordinating The Task Of Winter Road Maintenance On The Part Of The Ordering Party.
