1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Lease Of Photocopiers For The Needs Of The District Prosecutors Office In Warsaw And Its Subordinate District Prosecutors Offices.2. The Lease Covers A Total Of 67 Photocopiers. The Service Will Consist In Ensuring The Full Functionality Of The Leased Devices During The Term Of The Contract. The Costs Of Depreciation Of Leased Devices, Consumables (Except Photocopier Paper), Costs Of Inspections And Repairs That Were Not The Fault Of The Ordering Party, Costs Of Spare Parts For The Leased Devices, Costs Of Service Travel And Training Of Designated Employees Of The Ordering Party Will Be Borne By The Contractor. The Ordering Party Expects 50 Failures During The Duration Of The Contract. The Expected Number Of Copies Of Individual Devices During The 24-Month Period Of Implementation Of The Contract Is Presented In Annex No. 3A To The Swz. 3. The List Of Units And Detailed Requirements For The Implementation Of The Order Are Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz.
