The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Construction Works Consisting In The Thermal Modernization Of Building B Of The School Complex In Strzegom Located At Ul. Krótka 6 In Strzegom As Part Of The Projects Entitled: Green Energy For Świdnica County Co-Financed By The European Funds For Lower Silesia 2021-2027 Program, Priority No. 9 European Funds For The Transformation Of Mining Areas In Lower Silesia Measure No. 9.5 Environmental Transformation And Comprehensive Energy Modernization Of Public Buildings In The County Świdnickiego, Co-Financed By The European Funds For Lower Silesia 2021-2027 Program, Under Priority No. 2 European Funds For The Environment In Lower Silesia Measure No. 2.1 Energy Efficiency In Public Buildings, Divided Into Tasks: Task No. 1: Construction And Electrical Works1.1. Construction Works Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Developed Design Documentation 1.2. Description Of Works: Task No. 1: Works To Be Performed As Part Of The Implementation Of Task No. 1 Include, Among Others: (Construction Works) Insulation Of The Walls Of The Building Below The Ground, Including The Execution Of Strips And Reconstruction Of The Surface. 1) Insulation Of The Walls Above The Ground. 2) Partial Replacement Of External Door Joinery. 3) Partial Replacement Of Window Joinery. 4) Replacement Of Roofing Including Patching. 5) Replacement Of Roof Flashings, Cornices, Window Sills, Etc. 6) Replacement Of Gutters. 7) Insulation Of The Ceiling Under The Attic. 8) Painting The Rooms After Replacing The Lighting Installation (Electrical Works) 1) Replacing The Main Switchboard. 2) Replacement Of Multi-Story Switchboards. 3) Replacement Of The Lighting Installation, Including Emergency And Evacuation Lighting. 4) Replacement Of The Plug Socket Installation. 5) Installation Of The Main Switch. 6) Replacement Of The Lightning Protection System. Note: The Valuation Of The Task Should Include The Preparation Of An Energy Performance Certificate For The Building After Thermal Modernization Works Have Been Completed. 1.3 The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Specified In The Design Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Which Constitute An Annex To This Specification And Together With The Bills Of Quantities Are Available On The Website Www.Platformazakupowa.Pl/Sp_Swidnica And Under The Name Of The Procedure Available In The Title Swz.W/W The Works Will Be Performed In The Facility Active. The Contractor Should Anticipate Difficulties In Carrying Out The Work Resulting From User Traffic.
