Parkowa, Also Called Investment Task Or Investment In The Order Documents. 2) The Subject Of The Contract, Which The Contractor Selected In This Procedure Will Be Obliged To Perform, Is The Implementation Of An Investment Task In Accordance With The Conditions Specified By The Ordering Party, By Performing Construction Works Consisting Of Renovation Of The Steel Supporting Structure, Renovation Of The Concrete Bridge, Renovation Of Supports, Insulation, Demolition Of Existing Surfaces With Substructures, Construction Of New Surfaces With Substructures, Laying Drainage And Road Curbs, Installation Balustrades, Strengthening The Slopes And The Stream Bottom, Making Transition Slabs, Planting, Topsoiling And Grassing The Area, Tidying Up The Area, Removing Rubble And Soil Along With Storage And Disposal Costs. 3) Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Order (With The Reservation Referred To In Point 4 Together With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party, Terms Of Order Execution, Acceptance And Settlement, Guarantee And Warranty Conditions Are Specified In The Documents Of The Subject Order Attached To The Swz: A) Designs, B) Arrangements, C) Bills Of Quantities, D) Template Of The Contract Regarding This Public Procurement, E) Template Warranty Document. 4) The Quantitative Scopes Of Works Indicated In The Swz And Its Annexes (In The Bill Of Quantities) Are Estimated Values ​​And May Change. The Indicated Quantities Do Not Constitute An Obligation Of The Ordering Party To Order Services In The Quantities Specified In These Documents.
