1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In The Care And Felling Of Trees Or Shrubs In The Areas Belonging To The Długołęka Commune. Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) Tree Care From A Ladder / Uncovering The Gauge, Removal Of Root Suckers, Deadwood, Correction Of The Crown; 2) Uncovering The Gauge Of Pedestrian And Road Communication Routes With The Removal Of Root Suckers; 3) Tree Care / Sanitary And Maintenance Pruning - Removal Of Dry, Dying, Broken, Criss-Crossing, Infected By Pathogenic Factors As Well As Small And Weakened Branches / Using A Basket Lift Or Rope Techniques;4) Tree Care / Sanitary And Maintenance Cuts, Correction Of The Crown With Technical Cuts, Crown Formation, Removal Of Collisions With Buildings And Infrastructure, Improvement Of Tree Statics / Using A Basket Lift Or Rope Techniques;5) Cutting Down A Tree (With The Contractor Taking Away Branches And Wood And Tidying Up The Work Area);6) Milling The Tree Trunk To A Minimum Depth Of 20 Cm With Diameters Measured At Ground Level;7) Milling The Tree Trunk To A Depth Of Approximately 20 Cm Below The Ground Level, Using A Systemic Herbicide That Prevents The Development Of Root Suckers; Filling The Hole After Milling The Stump With Fertile Soil, Compacting And Leveling The Filled Hole;8) Felling Of Trees Inhabited By Species Under Strict Species Protection, Together With Transport To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party At A Distance Of No More Than 30 Km;9) Maintenance Cuts Of Monumental Trees Using A Basket Lift Or Rope Techniques, Including Sanitary And Veteranizing Cuts (Including In Protected Areas Conservation), With The Contractor Taking Away Branches And Wood And Tidying Up The Work Area;10) Felling Bushes (With The Contractor Taking Branches And Wood And Tidying Up The Work Area);11) Clearing Bushes (With The Contractor Taking Away Wood/Biomass And Tidying Up The Work Area);12) Removing Trees Constituting Scrap And Fallen Trees (With The Contractor Taking Away Branches And Wood And Tidying Up The Work Area);13) Emergency Situations - Removing Scrap And Tipping, Cracked, Split Branches, Emergency Cuts;14) Installation Of Safety Bonds In Tree Crowns (Static And Dynamic);15) Installation Of Permanent Drilling Protection For Tree Trunks;16) Ensuring Traffic Organization For The Duration Of Works Related To The Subject Of The Order In Road Lanes;17) Readiness To Tour The Commune Area In Order To Determine The Detailed Needs And Scope Of Planned Works Under An Individual Order By A Person Designated In The Offer By The Contractor To Manage The Works Covered By Subject Of The Order.2.
