The Lunch Portion Should Have A Minimum Caloric Value. 450 Kcal And Approx. 450 G In Weight And Approx. 20 Portions Of Soup, Approx. 400 Ml Each. The Dishes Served Should Be Varied, Aesthetic And Contain A Variety Of Plant And Animal Proteins.
