The Ordering Party Commissions And The Contractor Undertakes The Operation And Maintenance Of The Amphitheater Along With Social Facilities, Technical Infrastructure And Land Development At Ul. Jaszczurcza Góra In Mrągowo, Hereinafter Referred To As The Facility.2. The Amphitheater With Social Facilities, Accompanying Technical Infrastructure And Land Development, Located At Ul. Jaszczurcza Góra 10 In Mrągowo.3. A Detailed List Of Rooms In The Amphitheater Buildings, Devices, Small Architecture Elements And Equipment Is Attached As Annex No. 1 To The Draft Contract.4. Purpose Of The Amphitheater: 1) The Amphitheater Is A Public Utility Facility Of A Cultural Nature. 2) The Facility Is A Building Enabling The Professional Organization Of Cultural, Artistic And Entertainment Events. 3) The Facility Is Fully Adapted To Organize Large Mass Events. 4) The Amphitheater Is An Important Element Of The Festival Mrągowo Brand. And The Individual Events Organized At The Facility Are Brand Products. The Festival Office Established By Order No. 12/2022 Of The Mayor Of Mrągowo Of February 25, 2022 Is Responsible For The Development Of The Festivalowe Mrągowo Brand.
