1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Organization Of A Collective Catering Service For Students At Primary School No. 73 In Wrocław (50-525), Ul. Gliniana 30, At The Place Of Study, Consisting In Preparing And Serving Meals (Two-Course Dinner) For A Maximum Of 100, And On Average 85, Students Per Day, Staying On A Daily Basis In The Ordering Partys Unit.2. The Average Number Of Meals Served (During The Entire Duration Of The Order) Is 16,065. The Actual Number Of Meals Served Depends On The Attendance Of Children On Particular Days. The Minimum Daily Number Of Lunches That The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver Is 10 Sets.3. The Detailed Scope And Parameters Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Included In The Detailed Requirements For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement - Constituting Annex No. 1 To Swz.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 4 To Swz.5. In Order To Complete The Order In Question, The Ordering Party Will Rent The Necessary Rooms To The Contractor. The Rented Rooms Meet Construction, Technical And Sanitary Requirements, But Must Be Equipped With Kitchen Equipment And Canteen Equipment Necessary To Complete The Order In Question. These Are At Least: 1) Stationary Bain Marie 2) Storage Cabinets 3) Dishwasher And Steamer 4) Microwave Oven And Others That The Contractor Deems Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Public Order. The Rent And Fees For Used Utilities Are Specified In The Template Lease Agreement - Attached As Annex No. 5 To The Swz, Which Regulates The Principles Of Lease And Responsibility For The Entrusted Property. Note: The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party Is Located In A Multi-Story Building Without An Elevator. This Means That The Selected Contractor Will Be Obliged To Deliver All The Food Up The Stairs To The Floor Where The Rented Food Block Is Located.
