1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New, Specialized Passenger And Delivery Vehicle For The Transport Of People, Goods And Museum Objects, With Full Equipment.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Along With The Technical Requirements For The Delivery In Question, Can Be Found In Annex No. 1 To Swz.3. The Period Of The Warranty Granted By The Contractor Is The Criterion For Evaluating The Offers Referred To In Chapter Xix Of The Swz. The Ordering Party Sets Minimum Requirements For The Warranty Granted: A) Mechanical Warranty For The Mechanical, Electrical And Electronic Components Of The Vehicle - A Minimum Of 24 Months, Counting From The Date Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Order, B) Warranty For The Paint Coating Of The Car Body And The Loading/Container Part - A Minimum Of 36 Months, Counting From The Date Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Order.4. The Offered And Delivered Car Must: A) Be Built Using A Base Vehicle With Approval Issued In Accordance With The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended); B) Be Adapted To Right-Hand Traffic; C) Meet The Technical Requirements Specified By The Regulations In Force In Poland For Vehicles Traveling On Public Roads And Approved In Accordance With The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law And Applicable Legal Acts, And Be Performed In Accordance With The Conditions Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Equipment (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 502, As Amended); D) Be Consistent With The Minimum Requirements Of The Procedure Documentation, In Particular The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And This Specifications. The Ordering Party Informs That All Requirements Specified In The Swz And Its Annexes Are Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. E) Be Complete, Free From Construction, Material And Workmanship Defects; F) Be Ready For Registration And Use For The Purposes Specified In This Description Of The Subject Of The Order; G) Not Be Limited By The Rights Of Third Parties; H) Not Be The Subject Of Any Proceedings Or Security (The Contractor Has Full Right To Use The Car). 5. The Ordering Party Informs That Whenever The Subject Of The Order Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Specification Of Essential Terms Of The Order Is Described By Indicating A Trademark, Patent Or Origin, Equivalent Solutions Are Allowed, I.E. Having Features And Parameters Not Worse Than Those Described In The Subject Of The Order (In Particular: With Proven Technological Equivalence, Functionality, Quality). In Such A Situation (If Applicable), The Above-Mentioned The Indicated Descriptions Include Appropriate Provisions Regarding Equivalence In Annex No. 1 In Appropriate Places.6. It Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor To Demonstrate The Equivalence Of The Offered Item.
