The Subject Of The Proceedings Is The Successive Delivery Of Eggs To The Canteen At The School And Kindergarten Complex No. 11 In Krakow For The Calendar Year 2026. The Articles Will Be Delivered, As Part Of Each Part Of The Procedure, To The Canteen Of The School And Kindergarten Complex No. 11 In Krakow, Ul. Aleksandry 17, 30-837 Kraków - Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party, In Quantities Ordered By Phone Or E-Mail By Representatives Of The Above Unit.3.7. The Offered Products, As Well As The Method Of Their Transport And Storage, Should Meet The Requirements Specified In The Applicable Provisions Of Law Regarding The Production And Circulation Of Food, In Particular: 1) The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448), 2) The Act Of December 21, 2000 On The Commercial Quality Of Agri-Food Products (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1980),3) Act Of December 16, 2005 On Products Of Animal Origin (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 872),4) Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of November 22, 2010 On Permitted Additional Substances 1525, As Amended), 5) Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of July 26, 2016 On Groups Of Foodstuffs Intended For Sale To Children And Adolescents In Educational System Units And The Requirements That Must Be Met By Foodstuffs As Part Of Collective Feeding Of Children And Adolescents In These Units (Journal Of Laws Of 2016, Item 1154).3.8. The Food Products Included In The Delivery Should Meet Sanitary And Epidemiological Requirements And The Principles Of The Haccp System In Mass Catering Establishments, Including: Appropriate Quality Specifications Or Certificates, Appropriate Labeling And Shelf Life, Appropriate Method Of Transporting Goods - Maintaining Separate Transport, Appropriate Temperature During Transport And Sanitary Conditions Of The Vehicle.3.9. The Quality Of The Delivered Products Should Be In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Certificates For First-Class / First-Class Products. 3/10 Each Delivered Product Must Not Differ From Polish Standards. 3/11. The Packaging Material Should Be Approved For Contact With Food. 3/12. The Contractor Will Deliver The Ordered Goods At His Own Expense Using The Means Of Transport Required For The Type Of Food Goods Delivered In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. 3/13. The Contractor Will Not Charge A Deposit For The Containers/Boxes (Reusable Packaging) Delivered With The Food. The Ordering Party Will Unpack The Goods Immediately Upon Delivery, Then The Contractor Will Take Away The Empty Boxes/Containers In Which The Goods Were Delivered, With The Proviso That In The Case Of Part No. 3 (Delivery Of Bread), The Contractor Will Take The Empty Boxes/Containers On The Next Day For The Next
