Maxair Mechanical, Llc Has Entered A Contract With Atlanta Public Schools (Aps) As Construction Manager At Risk, And We Are Seeking Competitive Bids For The Building Hvac Improvements And Renovations At M. Agnes Jones Elementary. Please Accept This Invitation To Price The Construction/Renovation Work Related To Your Trade.Project Description:Anticipated Start Date: May 25Th, 2026.Anticipated Completion: July 24Th, 2026Project Area: 92,000 Sqftpricing Notes / Instructions:¿There Is (1) Set Of Drawings. Please Provide Adequate Pricing To Perform Your Entire Scope Of Work Within The Scheduled Duration Of This Project. Please Provide An Alternate Cost To Perform Your Scope Of Work During The Summer Of 2027.¿The Majority Of Construction Will Take Place During Summer Of 2026. Maxair Will Also Utilize Breaks And Holidays For Scheduled Construction. Please Provide An Add Alternate If Both Phases Of Construction Are To Take Place Across Two Summers.¿No Construction Will Be Performed While Students And Staff Are In The Building.¿This Project Will Be Bonded.
